Hardwood Manor is a wonderful upscale and secure apartment building in which to reside. Interestingly, it is the only building in Caledonia with an elevator! I love the location of Hardwood Manor in walking distance to restaurants, banks, Village and Town offices, library, museum, and grocery store.

I moved into my apartment in October of 2016 and have enjoyed it and its amenities and those of the building each and every day. Sarah and Jim Sickles are simply great landlords. Whenever something needs to be fixed - be it replacing special light bulbs, problems with garbage disposals, dryers, thermostat settings, TV receptions and whatnot, it is fixed without delay.

The Hardwood Properties staff attending Hardwood Manor is top notch. I cannot think of any better place in which to rent an apartment.
